About the Project
In the project that has 355m2 of land the villa has 75m2 of building area. The total floor area is 150m2. Upon entering the villa a 10m2 foyer and subsequently a 65m2 open plan kitchen and living space welcomes you. We situated two bedrooms, a shared bathroom, a laundry room, a master bedroom, a walk-in closet and a master bathroom on the second floor. With terraces on the facade facing the pool we aimed to carry the water element inside the house. With 36m2 of pool and a fire pit the users can have a good time in this common area.
Project Developments
The planning, designing and 3D rendering of the project located in Antalya, Döşemealtı is concluded and the construction is under way.
